Real Estate Corporation Closes First Investment Home!
On Monday, April 24, 2006, ACE Investments, Inc. closed on its first home purchase. The home was listed for $16,500. The corporation purchased the property for $8,000. An additional $2,000 will be invested to make minor renovations. After renovations are completed the corporation plans to lease the property. The corporation expects to see a profit on the purchase of this property within a two (2) year period.
Brenda and I are very excited about the corporation's first purchase and we are looking forward to many more purchases in the future. We would like to thank our coach at Prosper for her expertise and coaching during our first endeavor into the real estate market.

Coaching Helps Investor Couple Stop Procrastination; Find Deal With Huge Profit Potential!
With the encouragement and training of our coach, we purchased our first investment property in March 2006. We bought the house for $275,000, which was $25,000 under the asking price. The property owner agreed to finance the sale with 5% down and balance due in 9 months. This is a major rehab which we estimate will cost $50,000. We believe, once the project is completed, the house will sell for $470,000. Your coaching helped us overcome our procrastination enabling us to begin moving forward.
